Sauna renovation
In a world that’s ever-accelerating, treating yourself to a moment of respite is no luxury! Installing a sauna at home is a powerful investment in your overall well-being. The physical benefits are well-known and scientifically proven: studies confirm that the sauna’s heat can improve circulation and promote muscle recovery. But this warm oasis is also a refuge for your mind, a place where stress dissipates and inner peace settles.
Discover how a sauna can transform not only your body, but also your daily routine, into a complete wellness ritual.

Technical Requirements for Your Sauna Renovation
A sauna can be installed almost anywhere in your home, provided key technical requirements are met. We ensure your custom sauna is safely built and fully compliant with code standards.
Insulation & Vapor Barrier
We install dedicated thermal insulation and a sealed vapor barrier to trap heat effectively while protecting your home’s structural framing from moisture.
Electrical Power Supply
We size dedicated electrical circuits according to room volume and heater type (infrared, electric, or wood-burning) for safe, optimal performance.
Ventilation & Airflow
We position air intake and exhaust vents strategically to maintain continuous circulation, maximize heating efficiency, and ensure breathing comfort.
Wood Species & Selection
We select rot-resistant, thermally treated wood species engineered to handle high temperatures without absorbing excessive surface heat.
