ESPÉ was awarded the Domus award for Renovator of the Year at the 37th edition of the Domus Awards Gala presented by the APCHQ.

Along with this great price, we also received the Domus Prize for « best project in the Residential renovation category from $150,000 to $350,000 » . It involved the complete renovation of a single-family residence in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough.

We are extremely proud to receive this honour for the third time in five years. ESPÉ is the renovation company that has received the most nominations and prizes at the Domus gals in the last decade in Montreal. This type of achievement would not be possible without the trust of our wonderful customers and the passionate work of our formidable team.

Every year, the designers and project management experts of ESPÉ design and carry out several renovation projects. We are a design-build leader in Montreal.
